This full-time, contract opportunity offers 37.5 hours per week, working exclusively onsite with a diverse student population. Your role will be instrumental in helping students reach their communication goals through personalized, evidence-based therapy.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong assessment, documentation, and caseload management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Must provide a screenshot of current CA and ASHA licensure upon application

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to middle and high school students
• Conduct thorough evaluations and craft individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Track student progress and maintain accurate records
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic strategies and materials to engage learners
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations
