Job Title: Baker/Finisher Shift Hours: 11:00 pm‑8:00 am Responsibilities Check products in the sandwich unit area and restock items to ensure sufficient supply throughout the shift. Adhere to proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards during food preparation, service, and cleanup. Clean and maintain all areas of the cook station to promote a clean image. Follow quality standards, formulas, and procedures according to Dunkin' Brands Job Aids. Qualifications & Attributes Education: Some high school or equivalent. Experience & Skills: No previous experience required; ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction. Physical: Position requires bending, standing, and walking throughout the shift; ability to lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 30 lbs occasionally. Accountable and committed to consistency and cleanliness; strong communication, fairness, and respect toward team members; punctual and reliable. Pay: Up to pay includes tips.
