Our agency opened in 2024 and has quickly grown into a team of seven. Before becoming an agent, I spent time in corporate America, but I was always driven by the desire to help people make better financial decisions and truly make an impact in their lives. Ive had the opportunity to live and work in a variety of places, including Jamaica, Antigua, and Canada, and have met people from many different backgrounds. That experience has shaped how I connect with others - Im comfortable building relationships with people from all walks of life and value diversity in both our team and our customer base. For our team, we offer group life insurance, a heath stipend, a signing bonus when licensing is obtained before start date, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance. We will also cover all licensing costs up front. Our office culture is motivated, growth-focused, and results-driven. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Dionne James - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
