Human Resources Business Partner - Food Distribution Center - Sacramento, CA

Responsibilities As an HR Business Partner you will act as a key strategic partner for leadership and a valuable resource for team members. You will support onboarding, performance management, and provide guidance to leaders and employees to ensure success. You will influence how team members experience organizational change, working closely with leaders to recruit, retain, develop, and optimize performance and engagement of individuals and teams. You will think innovatively to solve problems and deliver excellent HR services with quality and efficiency.
