job summary:
Project Manager for a leading manufacturing company based in Buford, GA. This role is responsbile to partner closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and transformation resources to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives, including system implementations, process improvements, and operational programs.

responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of cross-functional initiatives across the organization

• Responsible for driving projects from initiation through delivery-ensuring alignment on scope, schedule, budget, and outcomes

• Partner closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and Transformation resources to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables

• Coordinate activities across multiple teams and departments

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in project management or program delivery

• Understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid)

• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)

• Experience with system implementations (CRM, ERP, customer service platforms)

Preferred:

• PMP or similar certification
