Job Description

The Golf Course Maintenance role is a year-round position responsible for preserving the quality and appearance of the golf course grounds. Reporting directly to the Golf Course Manager, this role works within a medium-sized team (6-15 members) to deliver meticulous turf care, landscape upkeep, and soil maintenance using a combination of manual and motorized equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform turf care to maintain healthy and playable grass surfaces
Operate both manual and motorized equipment safely and efficiently
Implement landscaping and soil maintenance tasks to support course aesthetics
Maintain equipment to ensure operational reliability
Support facility upkeep to meet quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level experience in grounds maintenance
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of turf management and irrigation systems
Familiarity with equipment operation and soil analysis
Understanding of herbicide and pesticide application
Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks
Strong teamwork and attention to detail
