About Child and Family Agency (CFA) Child and Family Agency of Southeastern CT is a non-profit organization devoted to helping children, adolescents, and families thrive across the state. Founded in 1972, our dedicated team members make a difference by supporting individuals, children, and families in their homes, schools, and communities. Programs In-Home/Community Based Programming – support families who may require a higher level of care than traditional in-office services can provide. Outpatient Programming – provide individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. Family therapy is the context for much of the clinical work done at CFA, and caregivers are routinely involved in their child’s treatment. Qualifications Master’s level, prepared; LMSW, PC-A, MFT-A, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT. Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task. Exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Reliable transportation and ability to travel. Schedule flexibility to best accommodate client needs. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred with a significant pay differential offered. Base pay range: $58,000 – $69,000 per year, depending on program and licensure. Benefits 3 weeks paid vacation time. Medical & Dental Insurance. 403(b) and 403(b) matching.
