Business Analyst (Conga CPQ with Salesforce)

Contract role San Jose, CA (Onsite) 12 months C2C or W2 both are ok

Collaboration with various partners in conceptualize, develop, interpret, and analyze requirements to align end-to-end quote-to-order process and ensure the accuracy of information feeding into our provisioning and finance reporting systems.

Business requirements gathering and process analysis: detailing current state and desired/future state business processes, outlining impact and gaps and ensuring solutions and capabilities meet business needs and requirements.

Maintains and continuously improves Enterprise Sales processes enabled by Microsoft Dynamics, PROS CPQ, Salesforce.com, Apttus CPQ and related Sales and Marketing enterprise applications.

Hands-on configuration on Microsoft Dynamics and PROS CPQ solutions.

Work cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Order Management and other Sales support teams to drive alignment and optimize end-to-end processes that will increase deal velocity.

Implement process improvements and automations to optimize operational and support processes.

Interface on a day-to-day basis with other solution analysts, business users, engineers, QA, and IT managers to support business operations.

Digital: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional, Digital: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Conga CPQ

Experience in technical roles on at least one full-lifecycle CPQ projects, with strong implementation expertise in at least two of the following technologies: Conga CPQ, PROS CPQ and Microsoft Dynamics and/or SFDC.

Excellent oral and written presentation and communication skills.

Ability to balance multiple tasks/priorities, consistently meeting deadlines.

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
