This role will help bridge the gap between system design, technical architecture, business processes, support, and operations and work to define, design and implement technology projects.Duties & Responsibilities:Developing code related to Claims Adjudication within OHI claims adjudication engine and surrounding systemsSolve complex issues related to Claims adjudication, Authorizations, Benefits configuration & adjudication through CodeParticipates and leads analysis of Claims data for complex business cases/processesLead software projects through all stages of the life cycle, including responsibility for requirements capture, design, development and acceptance testing.Participate in analysis activities such as producing use cases for a business object model.Develops software that conforms to a design model within its constraints.Validates the implementation for conformance to the designDecomposes technical tasks and provide accurate estimates.Performance tuning of specific software componentsEnsures compliance with configuration management rules and guidelinesEnhancement/bug fixes for Spring batch applicationsUndertakes development tasks without supervision, including software designing, programming and testing within a Test-Driven Development processMentor other team members in complex issues related to the OHI systemBasic Qualifications:7+ years of Java, Spring MVC, Spring Batch, PL/SQL development experienceExperience developing Java web services (SOAP & REST) on WebLogic application server.Expertise in Groovy scripting.Experience writing UNIX/LINUX shell scripts.Experience performing Service interface testing (SOAPUI)Detailed business domain knowledge of US HealthcareWorking Knowledge of Oracle SOA Suite 11g/12C [BPEL, ESB, Mediator, Adapters, Business Rules, Human Tasks, OWSM], BAM, BPM.Experience working closely with operations groups for deployment, troubleshooting, maintenance.Experience supporting large and critical software applicationsNice to Have:Experience with OHI (Oracle Health Insurance) claims adjudication systemTravel: travel to client location(s) per project demand will be requiredDegree: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related disciplineThis position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
