Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• No current placement allowed at Program: Favorite Healthcare Program - Endeavor Health.

Candidates should be able to start within 2 to 3 weeks of offer.

Required Skills/Experience: 4 Years of PEDS experience

Shift & Scheduling:

• Weekend and Holiday Requirements: As needed
• On-Call Requirements: On call Rotation is 1 full week, every 6th week. On Call is from 4p-7a. and could be at any Lake/Cook County location.

Floating Requirements: Between Lake and Cook County: Skokie Hospital, SKACC, Highland Park, Gurnee, Bannockburn, Vernon Hills, Glenbrook, Glenbrook CVI, Evanston

7 days maximum time off
