RV Sales Associate

The RV Sales Associate creates meaningful customer connections, understands travel goals, and guides customers to the right RV and products for their lifestyle. This role owns the full customer experience from first interaction through delivery while driving individual performance and contributing to dealership growth. This is a performance-based role with uncapped earning potential for individuals who want control over their income. To support the transition, we offer guaranteed income during the ramp period, contingent on completing training within the first 30 days. Training and coaching are provided to build confidence quickly. This role is especially suited for individuals coming from hourly or capped-income roles who are ready for their effort to directly impact what they earn. Key objectives include delivering a strong customer experience built on trust and relationships, matching customers with the right RV and product solutions, driving sales through consistent follow-up and pipeline management, transitioning successfully from ramp period into performance-based earnings, converting work ethic and customer interaction skills into measurable results, and contributing to dealership revenue and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include greeting and engaging customers with professionalism and energy, identifying customer needs, preferences, and goals, presenting RV options and benefits aligned to customer lifestyle, guiding customers through the full sales process, maintaining consistent follow-up with leads and past customers, using CRM tools to manage pipeline and stay organized, applying transferable skills in a sales environment, participating in training and coaching to improve performance, and taking ownership of activity, results, and overall success.

We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, especially from hourly or production-based roles, a desire to move beyond fixed or capped income, confidence working with and communicating with customers, a competitive, results-driven mindset, coachability and openness to feedback, organized with consistent follow-up habits, a background in manufacturing, warehouse, trades, automotive, retail, or customer-facing roles, and the ability to pass a background and drug test. Demonstrate alignment with the Company's vision, mission, and core values in all interactions.

Expected results include strong customer engagement and conversion rates, achievement of sales targets, successful transition from ramp to performance-based earnings, increased earnings tied to activity and performance, high customer satisfaction and repeat/referral business, an organized and active CRM pipeline, and ongoing improvement in product knowledge and sales approach.

Resources include guaranteed income during ramp (with completed training in first 30 days), structured onboarding and training program, ongoing coaching from leadership, CRM tools for lead and pipeline management, access to a wide range of RV inventory, and a team environment focused on performance and growth.
