Physician - Department of Radiology, Breast Imaging Radiologist (Open Rank/Track Faculty)

The Ohio State University College of Medicine and the Wexner Medical Center seek a Breast Imaging Radiologist for the Department of Radiology. Academic rank and track commensurate with academic record and experience. Position Overview The Department of Radiology at The Ohio State University College of Medicine/Wexner Medical Center is seeking candidates for faculty positions in Breast Imaging who are passionate about collaborative, patient‑centered clinical excellence, dedicated to advancing research and innovation, committed to education, and inspire inclusivity. Responsibilities include patient care, research, and training graduate and postgraduate students. Division of Breast Imaging The Division focuses on all aspects of breast imaging, including screening and diagnostic mammography and ultrasound, breast MRI, contrast‑enhanced digital mammography, image‑guided breast and axillary biopsies, and breast cryoablation therapy. Faculty are supported by extensive clinical, research, and educational resources. Duties and Responsibilities Contribute to the day‑to‑day clinical operations of the Breast Imaging Division: Provide high‑quality patient care as related to the Breast Imaging Service. Contribute to clinical and imaging operations as related to the Breast Imaging Service. Education, Training, and Faculty Development: Conduct and provide clinical instruction, lectures, seminars, and related educational offerings, both within OSUWMC and at the regional and national level. Collaborate with faculty and leadership in the Division to develop and refine medical student, resident, and fellow training opportunities. Serve as a mentor and sponsor of residents, fellows, and faculty in the Department. Research and Scholarship: Support clinical and translational research activities and innovation. May serve as PI or Co‑I in grants and/or clinical trials. Serve on Department, OSUCOM, or OSUWMC committees to represent the research and innovation interests of the Department, as appropriate. Requirements M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent. Board eligible or board certified in Radiology (ABR, ABOR). Completion of Subspecialty fellowship in Breast Imaging by time of appointment. Must possess or be eligible for licensure in the State of Ohio. Compensation Package Salary commensurate with experience level; bonus, relocation assistance.
