Administrative Assistant – Customer Technology SolutionsThis position will be located at Georgia Power Corporate Headquarters in Atlanta, GA.The Administrative Assistant position supports the Electric Customer Technology Solutions organization. Reporting to the Director of Customer Technology Solutions, this role assists the Customer Technology Solutions team and provides local support in Georgia across the PD and Customer Technology department. Additionally, this position is part of the broader Electric Customer Technology Solutions Admin team, ensuring consistency and coverage for leadership support.Primary Responsibilities:Supporting up to 5 CSM Technology Solutions leaders with travel arrangements and expense reporting as required.Managing the Customer Technology Solutions leadership collaboration sites, including Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.Coordinating logistics, agendas, scheduling, catering, and internal/external meeting support for department, leadership, and offsite meetings.Overseeing conference rooms and their scheduling, anticipating and resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring smooth coordination of department and quarterly Program Increment planning meetings.Assisting with time entry tasks, including sending reminders, clarifying processes, and reviewing entries to ensure manager approvals are complete.Providing support for the hiring process for leaders, including interview scheduling and logistics, candidate packet preparation, onboarding support, I-9 verification, and related confidential administrative coordination.Promoting a diverse and inclusive environment that encourages positivity and collaboration within the department and with partners.Coordinating office facilities, managing procurement of supplies, and maintaining responsibility for SOCO equipment inventory, tracking, and related administrative records.Building strong internal relationships with administrative peers and supportive teams such as Fooda, Security, Facilities, and other business partners; providing backup support for other Electric Technology Solutions Admin team members as necessary.Handling mail distribution for the floor.Position Qualifications:Education:High school diploma or GED requiredBachelor's degree preferredExperience:Experience with business expense processing, timekeeping, and travel arrangements requiredExperience with Microsoft Suite requiredExperience planning/coordinating large group meetings and/or corporate eventsPrior experience supporting Executive (e.g. CEO, CFO, CHRO, etc.) and/or Senior (e.g. Directors, Vice Presidents) LeadershipKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Exhibit "Our Values" – Safety First, Intentional Inclusion, Act with Integrity, Superior PerformancePositive Attitude – Maintain a steady positive attitude during times of change offering support and encouragement to team members to do the same.Proactive – Must be on the look-out for preventing problems and challenges and be able to independently operate within broad guidelines.
