As a Food Truck Team Member, you will operate and work alongside our Food Truck team as we serve the Ozarks and surrounding areas. Transportation to and from each location will be provided. You will work three 12-14 hour days and have four days off, one of which is always Sunday. The ideal candidate for this role will have: Flexible availability Ability to work non-traditional shifts Desire to travel throughout the surrounding area Flexibility to assist where needed Heart for hospitality Our Food Truck Team Members will be the face of our company to those unable to regularly experience Chick-fil-A. You will provide fast, friendly and accurate service and hospitality to our guests. You help us show CARE as we create great experiences for our local guests and visitors. Serving others will be an integral part of your daily responsibilities in this position. If that does not appeal to you, this may not be the place for you. The starting wage for this position will be $16 p/h. 30 days after your first shift on the truck, that will increase to $17 p/h. We will use the first 30 days of employment to determine if you are the right fit for our organization and if we see this being a mutually beneficial, long term working relationship.
