Supply Chain Coordinator

Insight Global is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator for a growing manufacturing and packaging client supporting pharmaceutical, specialty chemical, and food ingredient industries. This individual will play a key role in supporting U.S. production operations by coordinating materials, inventory, and logistics while acting as the primary liaison between the North American facility and international headquarters. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment with strong growth opportunities. Must-Haves: 2+ years of shipping and receiving experience Hands-on experience in supply chain, warehousing, or logistics Experience using ERP systems and/or scheduling software Customer service experience (3+ years required) Day-to-Day: Coordinate inbound inventory shipments from the Netherlands to the U.S. Coordinate outbound shipments to warehouses and customers Manage inventory, including physical cycle counts and system adjustments \ Schedule materials and components to support production Identify gaps between actual and planned production Place purchase orders with internal and external suppliers Track product and supply movements Build and maintain relationships with U.S.-based vendors #J-18808-Ljbffr
