Color is hiring Genetic Counselors for a 100% telehealth role delivering risk assessment and counseling across the cancer journey. You will work with patients over phone and video, interpret hereditary cancer tests, and coordinate care with a virtual medical team. The ideal candidate has a Master’s in Genetic Counseling, ABGC certification, and 3+ years in hereditary cancer/genetics, with strong communication and adaptability to a fast-paced startup.
