We need a Senior Intake Specialist who can take on our exception cases: the ones where the intake form doesn't give us enough to know whether we should sign. Many of these are potentially high-value commercial and catastrophic injury matters, and the people calling us are often in the hardest moment of their lives. You'll make them feel supported, dig into the details with an expert eye, and help our managing attorneys decide which cases we sign and which we refer to a partner firm. You'll work closely with the managing attorney in your state to sharpen our intake criteria over time.This Role Is An Opportunity ToJoin a rapidly growing national firm at a formative stageWork alongside top-caliber attorneys on complex, high-value casesGrow your skills and influence as the firm scales nationallyWhat You Will OwnReview exception cases and dig into injuries, liability, and red flagsSpot commercial vehicle involvement and catastrophic or high-value potentialTalk with prospective clients and families with empathy, and ask the right follow-up questionsGive the managing attorney a clear recommendation (sign, refer, or decline) with your reasoningDocument everything in Filevine and our intake systems, and hand off signed cases cleanlyReview intake calls and recommend improvements to agent training and the intake questionnaire.Proactively follow up with escalated clients to resolve concerns, improve client satisfaction, and prevent client-initiated case withdrawals.What You Bring5 or more years of personal injury law experienceExceptional written and verbal communication, with real comfort talking to seriously injured clients and grieving familiesStrong critical thinking and attention to detailConsistent follow-through in a fast-moving environmentPreferred (Nice To Have)Paralegal experienceCandidate lives in TN, but not requiredBilingual in SpanishWho Thrives Here (Core Values)We don't hire on resumes alone.
