Registered Nurse Step Down

Day 4x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30)

Assignment Details

Contract duration is flexible between 36 to 48 hours per week.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience required.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS.
• Must be willing to take on Med/Surg assignments in case of overflow.
• 50-mile radius rule applies; local candidates will not be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to a mixture of med/surg and intermediate care patients.
• Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio ranging from 1:4 to 1:6 based on patient assignments.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in patient status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document all patient care activities in compliance with facility policies.
