The Springs at The Waterfront is situated along the southern facing Vancouver riverfront and will provide approximately 250 private residences for those 62 and older. This state-of-the-art, 12-story senior living community will offer a variety of floor plans that feature stunning views. Interior spaces are warm and inviting, featuring high-end amenities and services suitable to an urban setting, including secure underground parking. This brand-new community is nothing like you have ever seen, but it is our commitment to compassionate quality care for more than 27 years that is truly distinctive. Job Description: The Springs at The Waterfront is currently seeking to hire experienced housekeepers for our brand-new community! Do you love to clean and help others? We are looking for people who have an eye for the details, and a passion for quality and customer service.Responsibilities include completion of a daily room cleaning schedule, bathroom cleaning, laundry, and facility common space cleaning for a brand new senior living community. We seek persons with shared values, a compassionate heart, flexibility, teamwork, absolute dependability and the drive to do the right thing.

Qualifications:

• Love for seniors and willingness to learn
• Experience in hotel and or residential cleaning preferred
• Our ideal candidate is on-time, friendly, observant, flexible, reliable, patient, organized, and helpful
• Senior housing or 4-5 star hotel experience is preferred
• Ability to pass criminal background and drug test

Job Type: Full-time 

Salary:

The Springs Living provides a competitive compensation package for the Housekeeper position, with an hourly wage range of $19 - $20 depending on experience. Benefits:
