Whether collaborating with more than 200 highly respected physicians nationwide or partnering with colleagues who are passionate about solving meaningful problems, you'll be surrounded by a team committed to shared success.In this role, the Patient Services Coordinator will:Interacting with patients; practicing effective, courteous communicationWorking the front deskAnswering telephone and scheduling appointmentsPreparing charts; consistently ensuring appropriate forms are usedCollecting patient payments due at the time of service; verifying accurate insurance informationGood judgement and takes initiativeInterpersonal Skills: approachable, outgoing, and exhibit a professional dispositionPassionate about providing excellent patient careAbility to work independently and as part of the teamWhat You'll BringWe're looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter.Qualifications and Skills Include:A successful candidate must possess a High School Degree, Associates or bachelor's preferredStrong verbal and reading skillsBasic familiarity with computers and office devicesFamiliarity with computer applications (Microsoft Suite)Medical office experience is a plus, interest in the field of reproductive medicine a must.More important than any single credential, however, is the right person.
