Program Manager

Job Description A client of Insight Global in the retail and technology industry is seeking a Program Manager to support the development of a new business group and the expansion of a network of buildings. This person will be joining a fast paced growing team and will be responsible for: Responsibilities Develop and manage project timelines from site selection to launch, coordinating across Real Estate, Operations, Economic Development and Legal teams Identify and resolve complex delivery risks through data-driven analysis and stakeholder collaboration Drive launch process standardization and documentation while conducting operational benchmarking Manage diverse expansion portfolios simultaneously, communicating progress and risks to senior leadership Optimize site selection criteria and expansion strategy while ensuring regulatory compliance This role is fully onsite, Monday – Friday 8-4.
