HVAC Technician – 2+ Years Experience (Commercial & Residential)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC systems in both commercial and residential settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and refrigeration units.
• Work on both commercial and residential HVAC systems, ensuring proper operation and efficiency.
• Install, maintain, and service Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and other advanced HVAC control systems.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing explanations and recommendations for repairs or upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and company policies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with VFDs and advanced control systems .
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in troubleshooting complex HVAC issues.
• EPA Certification (Universal preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC electrical and mechanical components.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
