Fulfillment & Logistics Operations Clerk

Our client, a leading logistics and fulfillment organization, is seeking a Fulfillment & Logistics Operations Clerk to join their team. As a Fulfillment & Logistics Operations Clerk, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the fulfillment team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Poughkeepsie, NY

Pay Range: $25.00/hr

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm (may end earlier on Fridays depending on workload)

What's the Job?

• Coordinate and assist with daily fulfillment activities to ensure smooth operations and timely shipments
• Assist leadership with staffing needs for high-volume sales events and pop-up sales
• Update daily timecards in TSheets and ensure accurate record-keeping for staff
• Process and verify job completion paperwork before submission to accounting
• Manage incoming goods, create reports for received items, and distribute them appropriately

What's Needed?

• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, vlookups, and creating spreadsheets
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work efficiently in a manual environment
• Basic administrative and computer skills
• Understanding of internal processes, client SOPs, and safety regulations
