Team Manager ERP Implementation

We are currently looking for a Team Manager who will take ownership of ERP delivery and lead an experienced implementation team. Your impact As a Team Manager – ERP Implementation , you will lead a team of consultants and developers delivering ERP solutions (with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ), ensuring high‑quality implementations and long‑term client success. What you’ll do Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ERP consultants and developers Oversee ERP implementation projects, ensuring strong architecture and best practices Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to translate business needs into ERP solutions Improve delivery workflows, standards, and team effectiveness through continuous improvement Stay aligned with Microsoft Dynamics and ERP market trends, building team capabilities accordingly What we’re looking for Proven experience in leading IT or ERP implementation teams Background in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a strong advantage, but experience with other ERP platforms is also welcome) Strong leadership and communication skills Experience building accountable, high‑performing teams Solid understanding of ERP implementations, system architecture, and delivery processes Confidence in decision‑making and managing team dynamics Fluency in English and Polish What we offer Employment contract or B2B cooperation – your choice Benefits cafeteria, private healthcare, sports card, life insurance Microsoft trainings and certifications, plus English language support Real space to influence how projects and teams are run #J-18808-Ljbffr
