Join Our Dynamic Team as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist!
Job Description: - Shift Details:
- 12-Hour Night Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM
- Weekends and holidays as scheduled - Department:
- Polysomnography RRT, Neuro Sleep Lab - Unit Insights:
- Average of 2 treatments per day
- Conduct one test per shift - Required Certifications:
- BLS
- Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) via BRPT Verification
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) via NBRC Verification - Patient Demographics:
- Pediatric patients in a children's facility - Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of Sleep Lab experience
- 18 months of related experience in a sleep lab setting
- 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist - Essential Skills:
- Comfortable performing sleep studies on medically complex children
- Ability to work in critical care areas and at the bedside
- Proficient with Respironics and ResMed equipment and Natus sleep software - Workplace Culture:
- Collaborative environment with a Respiratory Manager/Supervisor/Lead Therapist present
- Dedicated department-specific orientation for a smooth onboarding process - Additional Information:
- No call or standby call requirements
- First to float, if necessary
- Dress Code: Caribbean Blue
