Day Shift (Full-Time Only) Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM * Packer: $16.50/hour * Material Handler: $17.50/hour Night Shift Full-Time: Monday – Thursday | 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM or 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM Part-Time: Monday – Thursday | 4:30 PM – 10:00 PM * Night Shift Material Handler: $17.50/hour + $1.00 shift differential = $18.50/hour Weekend Shift Full-Time: Friday – Sunday | 12-hour shifts Part-Time: Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday | 12-hour shifts Available schedules: *

Why Join DRiV? * Entry-level friendly * No experience required for some positions * Paid training and equipment certification * Competitive benefits package * Career advancement opportunities * Stable employment with an industry leader * Team-focused work environment What You'll Do Material Handlers & Packers * Receive and unload incoming shipments * Store inventory in designated warehouse locations * Pick customer orders using RF scanners * Verify product accuracy and quantities * Pack and prepare orders for shipment * Load outbound trailers * Follow safety, quality, and productivity standards * Support daily warehouse operations as needed Qualifications * High school diploma or GED preferred * Basic computer skills * Ability to read, write, and communicate in English * Strong attention to detail and quality * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Willingness to learn and become certified on powered industrial equipment * Previous warehouse experience is a plus Physical Requirements * Stand and walk for up to 10–12 hours per shift * Frequently bend, stoop, reach, and lift * Lift up to 50 pounds independently * Work around moving equipment and warehouse traffic * Work in hot and cold warehouse conditions * Occasionally work at heights up to 30 feet Packer positions may require repetitive lifting and stationary work for extended periods.
