Production Supervisor

We're searching for a Production Supervisor, someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you'll be responsible for ensuring efficient final assembly, electrical work, and overall quality and shipping readiness. You'll oversee on-site employees as well as temporary and contract team members to ensure work is completed on time, and materials are available. In this role, you will collaborate closely with production, project management, and quality teams to improve customer satisfaction and drive increased revenue and profitability.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensures the safety of all team members at on and off-site facilities while accomplishing required work
• Maintains the quality of outgoing product and provides feedback to all departments on any non-conforming product
• Supervises and develops both direct and indirect team members
• Serves as a key member of the Material Review Board alongside quality, project management, and production to determine product disposition
• Performs minor mechanical and electrical repairs as needed
• Adjusts and aligns parts and systems to meet manufacturer specifications
• Completes all necessary inspection checklists and documentation
• Records any issues found and the corrective actions taken
• Ensures accurate reporting of vehicle condition and readiness
• Ensures all work performed meets manufacturer standards
• Conducts final quality checks before vehicle delivery
• Communicates recurring issues or quality concerns to the management team

• High School Diploma or related equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university or related equivalent experience preferred.
