Float Physical Therapist | Acute + IPR + Outpatient | Chattanooga TN | PSLF + Sign-On
Nealy Pierce is partnering with a nonprofit hospital system in the Chattanooga, TN area to hire a full-time Float Physical Therapist (PT). This is a permanent, W-2 hospital-based role rotating across acute care, inpatient rehab (IPR), and outpatient settings. Ideal for PTs who want clinical variety, exposure to multiple hospital environments, and the chance to build a versatile rehab skillset early in their career. New graduate PTs and experienced PTs are both welcomed.

About the Float PT Position: This is a role for a Physical Therapist who truly cares about patient care. We're not looking for someone searching for their next "job," but rather someone who wants to invest in their career to help patients understand their bodies through injury or condition. The float model is ideal for PTs who want to build real breadth across acute, IPR, and outpatient without committing to a single setting early on.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- DPT or MPT from an accredited program
- Active or pending Tennessee PT license
- New graduate physical therapists and experienced PTs welcome
- Detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture
- Excellent communication across all levels of staff, patients, and families
- Collaborative, team-building personality
- Servant-leader mindset
- H-1B visa sponsorship not available for this role
