ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my State Farm agency in 1985, and over the years, Ive been fortunate to build a team of six talented and dedicated professionals who truly feel like family. Before becoming an agent, I worked at a radio station, where one of my advertising accounts happened to be a State Farm manager he saw potential in me and encouraged me to make the leap into agency. It was one of the best decisions Ive ever made.

I have grown children and a love for staying active in fact, Ill be walking the Honolulu Marathon next month! Our office is dog-friendly, and as a proud Goldendoodle enthusiast, I love having our teams office pup around to keep spirits high.

Community involvement is a huge part of who I am and what this agency stands for. I currently serve as President of the Rotary Club, sit on the local hospital board and foundation, and am an active Chamber of Commerce member. Our team also organizes community photo booths and stocks food shelves right from our parking lot to help local families in need.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jolene Johannes - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
