Apply Now!Who you are:4+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a closely related finance role Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis experience Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments and rolling up your sleeves to pull and analyze data Confident communicator who can partner with senior leaders and translate complex data into clear insights What you’ll do:Own full P&L reporting and analysis for multiple brands across the West and Midwest regions Prepare monthly reporting packages, variance analysis, forecasts, and executive-level materials Support budgeting, rolling forecasts, board decks, and ad hoc strategic and scenario analysis Act as a first layer of review and quality control, serving as a key FP&A partner and backup to the FP&A Manager Why work here:Broad exposure to strategic finance initiatives, including market analysis and market expansion decisions Opportunity to help build and enhance FP&A processes in a growing, multi-entity organization Direct partnership with experienced finance leaders and cross-functional stakeholders What does this position pay? Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education. The expected range for this role is $85,000–$125,000 per year.
