Healthcare Recruiter/ Recruiting Manager

Accede Solutions is looking for a full-time Healthcare Recruiter/ Recruiting Manager for our travel division. Responsibilities The recruiting manager is responsible for meeting expectations and fulfilling recruiting needs for assigned clients in the Healthcare Workforce business unit. This includes leading a team of recruiters and support staff, as needed to deliver client recruitment needs.

• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
• Conduct interviews via phone.
• Be willing to talk to candidates outside of normal business hours.
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates.
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and email.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices for staffing agency placement, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Five years of health care recruiting experience required.
• Able to work from Home.
• Associate's degree or directly related experience.
• Effective communication skills.
• Social media access and knowledge.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite.
• High-energy and passion.
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas.
