In this role, you’ll design and oversee individualized ABA programs for children with autism, conduct a range of standardized assessments, and collaborate with families and support staff to drive meaningful progress. Responsibilities Design and implement ABA programs for children with autism. Conduct standardized assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, FBA). Collaborate with families and staff to monitor progress. Provide supervision and training to support staff. Maintain documentation and reporting. Update interventions based on data-driven decision making. Qualifications Active BCBA certification and a master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior science, or a related discipline. At least one year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism. Hands-on experience with assessments including VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA.
