Teams span across Michigan (Troy (HW Support), Warren & Milford), Texas (Austin), California (Moontain View & Sunnyvale), Taiwan (HW Support)Lead structured root cause investigations spanning hardware, signal integrity, power integrity, and software interactionsDebug high-speed interfaces (DDR, PCIe, Ethernet, serializer/deserializer links)Support high-power design troubleshooting (PMICs, regulators, power sequencing, thermal behavior)Investigate issues related to audio subsystems, clocking, and mixed-signal interactionsOrganize next steps, track actions, and drive timely issue closureAble to actively engage in hands-on lab activities and hardware validation (oscilloscope, high-speed probing, power measurements, board bring-up, rework coordination)Maintain clear Jira documentation with strong traceability and concise HW/SW communicationAssist with Diagnostic documentation for HW Centric Tests (HW Verification, DV/PV)Act as a bridge between hardware, systems, and distributed software teams across locations
