Salary: DOE + COMMISSION +BONUS
Position: Multifamily Maintenance Supervisor - Bilingual English/ Spanish
*Position eligible for a $500 sign in bonus *
(payable after 90 days of employment)

Join Pinebrook Pointe communityas aMaintenance Supervisorand lead the team that keeps our communities running at their best! Reporting to the Property Manager, youll guide and support the maintenance crew, ensure top-quality repairs, manage budgets and vendors, and respond quickly to resident needs.
What youll do:
- Supervise, train, and support the maintenance team
- Oversee scheduling, inspections, and repairs
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure cost-effective operations
- Handle maintenance requests and emergencies
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and smooth property operations
What were looking for:
- 5+ years in property maintenance, 2+ in a supervisory role
- Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair skills
- EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal)
- Solid leadership, organizational, and communication abilities
- Flexibility to work on-call, weekends, and overtime if needed
