Senior Assistant General Counsel, Construction & Contracts
Sterling Industrial
Traylor Bros., Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to manage legal affairs for its projects, reporting to the General Counsel. The role focuses on contract review, negotiation, and providing guidance to project teams on interpretation and risk.
You will handle disputes, coordinate with HR on workforce-related matters, work with external counsel when needed, and help advance corporate governance across TIG subsidiaries, including Sterling Industrial, LLC and others.
