Casualty Claims Quality Assurance Consultant

To enhance the quality and consistency of casualty claims handling, the full-time remote Casualty Claims Quality Assurance Consultant will conduct file reviews, evaluate performance against best practices and KPIs, and collaborate with various teams to identify improvement opportunities. Key responsibilities: Conduct casualty-focused file reviews and targeted audits across teams Measure handling quality against best practices and state requirements Document findings, analyze trends, and prepare audit reports to recommend process improvements Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in insurance, finance, accounting, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience Eight years of commercial lines casualty claim handling experience, including litigated claims Prior audit experience preferred Insurance industry designations (e.g., INS, AIC, CPCU) preferred
