Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team in Willoughby, OH. If you have a passion for precision machining and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you. As a CNC Machinist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our production runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Set up and changeover CNC machines for various production runs.
Perform machine setups to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
Utilize manual machining skills to support CNC operations as needed.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain quality standards.
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in CNC machine setup and changeover.
Strong manual machining skills and familiarity with various machining tools.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machining is a plus.
