Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team in Willoughby, OH. As a CNC Machinist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our production runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities- Set up and changeover CNC machines for various production runs.
- Perform machine setups to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
- Utilize manual machining skills to support CNC operations as needed.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain quality standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Proven experience in CNC machine setup and changeover.
- Strong manual machining skills and familiarity with various machining tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machining is a plus.
