Weekday (YC W21) is looking for a Mid-Senior level professional based in California to handle investment underwriting and financial modelling for real estate assets. This position involves leading discussions, conducting due diligence, and preparing detailed IC memoranda.

The ideal candidate should have 8–12 years of relevant experience in real estate private equity, demonstrating strong technical skills and advanced Excel proficiency. You'll be responsible for assessing investment opportunities while adhering to high standards of due diligence.
