Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Multiple Locations available in San Antonio, Texas
Schedule: Full-Time Outpatient Care

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our Family Medicine team. In this role, you'll provide high-quality, comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages while working collaboratively with supervising physicians and the Director of Family Medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions for family medicine patients

• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatment regimens

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation in our EHR system

• Coordinate patient care, including specialty referrals and diagnostic testing

• Mentor students and clinical staff, and participate in community health initiatives

• Provide excellent patient service and ensure continuity of care

• Participate in clinic meetings, quality improvement programs, and outreach events

Qualifications:

• Master s Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program

• Board certified by AANP, ANCC, or equivalent

• Current unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Texas

• DEA registration and BLS certification (AHA required)

• Previous experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner preferred

• Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred
