Now Hiring: Family Nurse Practitioner
Multiple Locations available in San Antonio, Texas
Schedule: Full-Time Outpatient Care
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our Family Medicine team. In this role, you'll provide high-quality, comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages while working collaboratively with supervising physicians and the Director of Family Medicine.

- Maintain detailed and timely documentation in our EHR system
- Coordinate patient care, including specialty referrals and diagnostic testing
- Mentor students and clinical staff, and participate in community health initiatives
- Provide excellent patient service and ensure continuity of care
- Participate in clinic meetings, quality improvement programs, and outreach events
- Master s Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
- Board certified by AANP, ANCC, or equivalent
- Current unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Texas
- DEA registration and BLS certification (AHA required)
- Previous experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred
