MATTR Biowellness Club is a state-of-the-art holistic healing space seeking to hire a skilled Wellness Technician to our team. Our goal is to cultivate a team of individuals who have a passion for health and wellness, exceptional customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to improve the lives of others.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Greeting clients and assisting them with our modalities. 
• Giving facility tours and client consultations with prospective members. 
• Selling memberships and packages that are appropriate to the client's needs. 
• Booking, confirming, rescheduling and canceling appointments via the electronic medical record system  
• Opening and closing the store in accordance with our in-store operational procedures. 
• Educating and empowering clients on our modalities, including the overall health benefits, complementary services to recommend, etc. 
• Cleaning and maintaining all equipment and treatment areas.
