Chick-fil-A Southridge Center Job Opportunity
Chick-fil-A Southridge Center is currently hiring dependable and hardworking Back of House Team Members who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-driven kitchen environment while helping deliver exceptional food quality and service.
Pay: Up to $17/hr based on availability, experience, and overall qualifications
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to Chick-fil-A standards
- Maintain food safety and sanitation procedures
- Work efficiently during high-volume meal periods
- Ensure food quality, accuracy, and presentation standards are met
- Keep kitchen areas clean, stocked, and organized
- Support team members across multiple kitchen positions
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
- No experience required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Positive and team-oriented attitude
- Reliable and dependable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
