Vandalia Smile Center is seeking a reliable, positive, and hardworking Dental Assistant to join our growing team! Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist with a variety of clinical procedures while keeping patients relaxed and comfortable.
• Multitask efficiently to support smooth patient flow and schedule management.
• Maintain clinical compliance, equipment maintenance, sterilization, and room turnarounds.
• Work collaboratively with team members to foster a positive, supportive work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience.
• Licensure: Active Dental Radiographer / Radiology License is preferred, but not required.
• Preferred Skills: Implant experience is preferred.
• Key Skills: Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities, strong work ethic, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.

Schedule & Pay:

• Schedule:

  • Monday – Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
  • Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
  • Friday – Sunday: Off.
• Pay: $21.00 – $24.00 / hour (commensurate with experience).
