Print Sales Representative

Salary: $50k-$55k base with commission OTE ~$90k+ in first year.

Our client is seeking out a passionate, results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team! Our Sales Representative will be selling print and marketing solutions to companies of various sizes & industries, with a focus on developing mutually beneficial, long-term relationships.

Job Summary: Duties and responsibilities include cold calling, getting referrals, bringing in new business, and maintaining account rapport, as well as working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our services offered and recommend the right solutions. Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Communicate courteously with customers through email, over the phone, and in-person
- Assess customer's needs and provide assistance and information on printing services
- Be highly responsive to customer inquiries
- “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
Skills
- 2+ years of work experience as a Sales Representative is a must
- Printing experience required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English
- Strong numeracy and problem-solving skills
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
