RFP & Proposals Lead for Institutional Wealth

Farther, a rapid-growing RIA in the United States, seeks an RFP & Project Specialist to own end-to-end proposals for institutional clients. You will draft and refine RFPs, RFIs, and custom pitches, coordinating with sales, advisory, and implementation teams to keep pursuits on track.

You will translate wealth-management concepts into clear content, build trackers for multiple projects, and leverage AI tools to speed drafting while maintaining accuracy and quality.
