Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a dynamic and rewarding contract opportunity providing Occupational Therapy services for a diverse K-12 student population across two school sites. This full-time role spans the entire 2025–2026 academic year, offering the chance to truly make a difference in the lives of approximately 40 students.

Leverage your skills as a Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) to support students in achieving their educational and developmental goals. You will collaborate with educators, staff, and families in a supportive environment, ensuring the delivery of personalized interventions and effective strategies for students’ success.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current OTR licensure required
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Experience delivering OT services in a school-based setting preferred
• Familiarity with K–12 caseloads and adapting treatment plans to various age groups
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 40 students over two sites

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students
• Implement targeted occupational therapy interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, aides, and families to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
• Travel between two school locations as part of the weekly schedule
• Contribute to a collaborative, multidisciplinary educational team
