How you'll contribute

A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who excels in this role:

• Collaborate closely with providers and care teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Perform clinical tasks such as rooming patients, administering medications, and assisting with procedures with accuracy and compassion.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure smooth coordination of care and excellent service.
• Stay organized and adaptable while managing multiple priorities, maintaining documentation, and supporting clinic flow.
• Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and a proactive attitude in upholding clinical standards and contributing to a positive team culture.

What we're looking for: Applicants should have an active Virginia LPN license (single-state) or compact license. If relocating, licensure must be updated to the new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins.

Additional requirements include:

• Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.

Hourly Range: $18.00 to $25.20
