What You'll Do:

• Deliver exceptional cosmetic and restorative dental care with an emphasis on aesthetics and patient satisfaction.
• Perform smile makeovers, veneers, crowns, bonding, teeth whitening, and other cosmetic procedures.
• Develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans that align with patients' goals.
• Educate and guide patients through their smile transformation journey.
• Collaborate with a skilled clinical team to provide an outstanding patient experience.
• Build lasting patient relationships through trust, communication, and quality care.

What We're Looking For:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program.
• Active Tennessee dental license in good standing.
• Proven experience and confidence in cosmetic and restorative dentistry.
• A strong aesthetic eye with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
• A motivated, growth-oriented professional who takes pride in their work.
• Experience with veneers, full-mouth rehabilitation, and comprehensive smile design is highly desirable.
