Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members' financial, physical, and mental well-being. Specific benefitssuch as day-one medical coverage, 401(k) matching, and annual performance bonusmay vary by position. Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.

What You'll Do
- Master the fundamentals: daily prep, recipe scaling, portioning proteins, and proper labeling/rotation.
- Run and maintain entry-level stations such as garde manger, fry, or pantry.
- Cook and finish menu items to spec, ensuring textures, sauces, and plating are perfect every time.
- Support higher-level cooks by prepping sauces, dressings, and accompaniments.
- Maintain sanitation and organization of your station while keeping up with the pace of a busy casino restaurant.
- Work side-by-side with seasoned chefs, learning Italian-inspired techniques like fresh pasta and classic sauces.
What We're Looking For
- 612 months of experience as a prep or line cook, or recent culinary training.
- Solid knife skills and attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn concept-specific fundamentals (Italian cuisine a plus!).
- Team-first attitude, ability to take direction, and a professional presence.
