What You'll Do
- Provide outpatient hematology and oncology services, managing patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies
- Collaborate closely with hematologist/oncologists, infusion teams, and support staff
- Support patient care through chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive therapies
- Utilize Epic EMR for coordinated care
- Assist in patient education, care coordination, and follow-up
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and tumor boards
- Support inpatient collaboration as needed for comprehensive patient management
What You Need
- Minnesota license (must be current)
- Board Certification as PA or Advanced Practice Provider
- Prior experience in hematology/oncology preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to handle a diverse patient population across all ages
