Shuttle Driver

Parts Authority LLC. is a leading national distributor of automotive replacement parts, tools & transmissions. We are growing and looking for experienced Shuttle Drivers in San Bernardino, CA. Role Overview The Shuttle Driver transports items between stores, ensuring orders are loaded correctly, delivered on time, and within safety regulations. The driver is the main point of contact with customers and supports the shuttle team. Responsibilities Load, transport, and deliver items between stores safely and timely. Review orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness and accuracy. Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles. Adhere to assigned routes and time schedules. Maintain a safe driving record and comply with transportation laws. Prepare reports and documentation related to deliveries. Use navigation apps and local knowledge to deliver packages on time. Perform daily maintenance checks on the company vehicle and notify management of issues. Assist with other store or warehouse duties (e.g., stock, parts pulling) as assigned. Qualifications Current, valid driver’s license. Must be 21 years old or older to meet insurance requirements. Current valid automobile insurance with name on the policy. Ability to lift, move, push and pull up to 50 pounds; 75 pounds for Auto Body Parts Collision Drivers. Maintain and promote workplace safety. Secure and transfer cash or other assets. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Proficiency with a tablet or mobile device for navigation and route optimization. Exceptional customer and verbal communication skills. Ability to take instructions and work well with others in a team environment. Flexible schedule; ability to work overtime as needed is preferred. Previous delivery driving experience is a plus. Must meet all of the above requirements to be eligible to drive for Parts Authority.
